Twanda Joseph has dedicated her career to helping companies realize desired results. From designing the organizational structure for a start-up international services organization to helping a Fortune 500 media conglomerate save over $1Million in annual spend, Twanda has consistently partnered with clients, both large and small, to develop and implement solutions for success. Twanda is known in the business community as a results-oriented consultant, speaker, trainer, facilitator, problem-solver and team player.
Twanda spent several years with a global professional services firm providing consulting services within the Telecommunications industry. As a Manager, Twanda developed a successful track record of delivering business solutions in the areas of Organizational Change Management, Business Process Improvement, Organizational Design, and Training.
With a belief that people performance drives business performance, Twanda decided to leverage her broad management consulting experience to found WiseEffects. The mission of WiseEffects is to connect employees with wisdom for the workplace. We believe that the best way to connect with people is through the power of communication. Producer and Host of the Work with Wisdom Radio Broadcast - The Work with Wisdom Radio Broadcast was launched as a weekly program in March 2003 on a local AM radio station in Atlanta. Today the broadcast can be heard daily around the world via the Managing Life Radio Network.

Executive Producer and Host of the Working It Out Corporate Talk Show - The Working It Out Corporate Talk Show is designed to bring Twanda's unique teaching style to new audiences via the vehicle of television. The show airs on PeopleTV, Comcast channel 24, in Atlanta.
